Tactical shotgun or tactical anything is basically saying that you plan to do something very crazy with said gun.
I own several single shot shotguns and rifles. I see no need to hang a bunch of crap all over them with hopes of getting to use them on some unfortunate soul.

Well, if you own several, you are on the same list as someone with a "tactical" my friend.
