Funny thing was it wasn't any legislator that gave the order it was the D.O.D. There is more going on with ammo, 1 company is in trouble for buying illegal ammo from china and sending it to our troops (the ammo was sub standard) The new caveat is that this brass after it is reloaded must stay in the U.S..

I saw a note about that junk ammo, but didnt catch the details.

Ammo is a big business in war time, larger than we imagine I suspect.
