37mm Grenade Launcher

I was thinking about getting a 37mm Grenade launcher for my Bushmaster, anybody ever use one of these and if so is it worth the 5 pounds and 300 dollars?
now i know about the whole DD deal and i know as well what can and cannot be fired out of it, just curious if anybody has any input.

I've seen them, but never had the desire to own one. Just not worth all the money to me. That's a whole lot of .223/5.56 ammo.
