Great Coating Work
If anyone is interested in getting their weapon looking like new, I have found the perfect place. I wanted to show everyone what a awesome job that was done on my STI BLS pistol. The black coating completely coated the light and worn spots on the gun and the accent of the stainless steel look made the gun look lie a million bucks. I know that I will be using this gun in some of my details 24/7 and want it to look and act the best that it can. I also had my Glock done and it turned out, as expected, perfect. You can check out this companies work on the following web site at www.acoating.com.

Re: Great Coating Work
My brother just got a couple of his pistols back...one was an old colt woodsman (one with a pencil thin barrel for those of you who know the distinction) as well as a 1907 colt .32
He sent them to George Roghaar at : www.gunblue.homestead.com
Oh man..they turned out so beautiful..even the 1907..it was "severely pitted" and all you could tell was that it looked barely stippled on the slide where the information was stamped.
I think it was 175.00 for the frame and slide and not much more for the rest...done in "hot caustic blue"...which was so deep blue that it was mesmerizing.
check them out if you have an old weapon that you want fixed..or even a new one that you want changed.
He does TR GunKote, Nickels guns, deplates nickeled guns, blues...restores old guns to new condition..etc.
