Amitriptyline Hydrochloride. Just one. You will wake up about 24 hours later like a baby, without a care in the world but peeing and something to eat.

Never took pain pill in my life. You suggesting I acquire pillls illegally and self medicate? That might be how you do things but I was taught different than that.

Not my suggestion, simply ask your doctor if they would help you with sleep and mental exhaustion. About four or five in the prescription and only use them when you have no work or need to drive the next day, lets say saturday night. After about four weekends of good rest your whole outlook will change, and you won't need any more unless you get into a stressed out worn down condition again. Unfortunately for that condition most doctors want you on long term trazadone regime. For some people the beneficial effects fade fast and you are just useless and continuously groggy on it.

Truthfully a really good drunken spree down at the lake or in the hills by yourself is probably just as good except for the hangover. As for myself, as I got older, I learned to modify my mental and emotional outlook and not too much wears on me anymore.

The Indian Hospitals here give those first pills I mentioned out like candy for all those mysterious aches and pains, that all those poor Indian people fill the ER waiting rooms for (so they can watch prime time TV, many don't have TVs, and the waiting room clears out quickly after the evening shows and the 10:00 news are over, whether they have been seen or not. And they are back the next evening. Socialized medicine at work.) They are nothing but a "happy pill" (antidepressant) and you can not OD on them. I know someone who tried with about 50 of them. He woke up two days later.
