Phil saw his shadow in PA this morning so if you believe him then we've got 6 more weeks of winter.
I would guess that in PA they would have 6 more weeks anyway! It's cloudy here in Nashville.

It hasn't snowed again here, but we have plenty of snow and the temperature has remained around 35 degrees.
